How can I add my Debit/ Credit card to the PayMaster app?
You can download the PayMaster app from Apple App Store / Google PlayStore / Huawei Store to your phone. Then add your mobile number and register. On the dashboard you will be directed to add a payment source.
To Add Bank Account:
Select the “ Add Bank Account” option and proceed. Enter your bank account details and verify it using the OTP you receive from the bank.
To Add Credit/Debit Card:
Select the “ Add Card” option and proceed. Enter your card details and verify it using the OTP you receive from the bank.

How secure is my data with the PayMaster app?
In providing services to you, we only act as a convenient technical interface for you. In providing the facility to use your bank account for payments on our app, we use the JustPay network, as our payment processing network, , which is the Sri Lankan national mobile payment processing network fully approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
In providing the facility to use your cards on our app, we use Mastercard Payment Gateway Services, as our payment processing network, which is an internationally recognised Payment Gateway Service developed based on the international financial rules and regulations.
PayMaster does not store any of your Bank Account / Card details. These payment details are managed by the Bank/MasterCard.
PayMaster app is developed as per the highest International security standards and in compliance to the Mobile App guidelines of Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL).
Is there a subscription fee for PayMaster app?
No, there is no subscription fee.
How can I send money to my loved ones in Sri Lanka using PayMaster app?
Our SM2SL feature allows you to send money instantly to your loved ones in Sri Lanka. All you need to do is simply register with the app and add your debit/credit/virtual card issued from the foreign bank. Once these cards are linked, you have the capability to transfer money in USD directly to any bank account in Sri Lanka in LKR currency. Notably, the exchange rate for these transactions is updated on a daily basis, aligning with the rates provided by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. There is a small service fee that will be charged for facilitating the transaction.
